It is natural to lean on our careers for our identities. But when the pressures of a demanding job recede, we are given the chance to reevaluate the question of ‘what we do’. Away from simply describing our job, towards describing how we want to spend our time.
Beyond Your Career has a thriving community of professionals embarking on - and enjoying - their Q3. There are those reviving a childhood passion, those starting a new business venture, those passing on their wisdom to a new wave of professionals, and those retraining in vocations that give back. Some are achieving all of these aspirations and more.
​The community is there for both the psychological and practical sides of figuring out "what’s next?" Whether it’s a new role, a discreet project, consulting, retirement, or something completely different, having a network of people discussing similar questions can make a real difference to your sense of preparedness.​

These include: regular online community sessions (including theme-led discussions on topics relevant to our community); and in-person events (currently in London - ranging from dinners and experiences with small groups (of 6-8 people), to larger gatherings with the whole community).

When a demanding career has been the centrepiece of our lives, it’s common for most of our network to revolve around our role or industry. However, building connections beyond our professional circle, well before stepping away from full-time work, is vital for a smoother, more fulfilling transition. Yet, finding like-minded people in a similar phase of life can be challenging.
This event is designed to unite individuals eager to share wisdom, explore new identities, and craft meaningful lives beyond their careers. Through small, intimate breakout rooms, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking conversations and form genuine connections as you prepare for an exciting new chapter, often called "Quarter 3" (50+).
We’ll also share insights from Beyond Your Career to help you navigate this transition with confidence and purpose.
