Unearth what you want from life, after a demanding full-time career.

We will all have different hopes, desires and expectations for our own Quarter 3 (age 50+). Whilst the members of our lively community may be sharing ideas about their own experience, simply connecting with them will only solve one part of the puzzle - the social, external side. Solving the other part of the puzzle, the part that rests upon the unique identity of the individual, requires true introspection.

Build Your Quarter 3 plan – with the Beyond Your Career programme

The Beyond Your Career workshops are designed to delve into the psychology of how we experience big transitions in life, helping each participant unearth insights about their unique make up. The reward is a deeper understanding of ourselves—what our core values are, the passions we may have neglected, what really matters to us. We shed light on how to best use hard-earned skills, and natural talents, as well as how to balance new ventures alongside financial needs.

Through our monthly programme of workshops, covering 8 key topics, our experts build on these insights and, in concert with participants, help each participant create a plan for a successful Q3.

Whether Quarter 3 is imminent or some time away, thinking ahead is highly recommended, as the insights gained may point to changes or shifts that require long-term planning. Premium members can revisit them as often as required.

Our live monthly online workshops (90 minutes) are run as small groups, led by specialist expert coaches. Premium members can revisit the monthly workshops as often as required.

Our programme goes beyond financial planning or career coaching by focusing on the psychological and emotional aspects of transitioning from a demanding career. We prioritise your wellbeing, identity, and long-term purpose with a holistic, expert-led approach. The programme is led by a team of experienced psychologists, coaches, and neuropsychologists with deep expertise in career transitions for those leaving demanding full-time roles.
